Eligibility for a Full Refund

A client is eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

    • 1. Incomplete Client Submission

      – If the client does not submit the required questionnaire or necessary documents within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, they may request a refund.

 

    • 2. Delayed Report Delivery

      – If PG Advisory does not upload the completed report to the client’s portal within 72 working hours after receiving the completed questionnaire and all necessary information from the client, the client is eligible for a full refund.

      Working hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local UAE time).
    • 3. Missing Agreed-Upon Requirements

      – If the delivered report does not include the specific, agreed-upon requirements as outlined in the initial Terms & Conditions agreement, the client may request a refund.

      – Clients must notify PG Advisory of any missing requirements within seven days of receiving the report to qualify.

 

    • 4. Inability to Deliver the Report

      – If PG Advisory is unable to supply the report for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.

 

Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, clients should:
  • Contact support at info@pgadvisoy.ae within 14 days of the eligible event (e.g., delayed delivery, missing requirements).
  • Include all relevant documentation, such as proof of payment and a description of the issue.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method.
